Our unseasonably warm fall has graced us with a bounty of fall greens we’ve never had before. so the frig is full of first cut lettuce mix, arugula, spinach and greens mix along with cabbages, carrots, broccoli, celeriac, kales, chard, parsley and we’ll have a good supply of eggs this weekend. On the table there’s onions, tomatoes, a few peppers and wild rice. If you’re interested in wild rice and it’s not out come to the house and ask. Eventually the mice find it and we bring it inside.
