Hi Folks,

This week at the Farmstand we have all our varieties of potatoes, 3 varieties of winter squash, beets, cauliflowers, carrots, cabbage, onions, garlic, leeks, shallots, peppers, eggplants. For fresh greens we have arugula, baby lettuce, kale and chard. This week we will begin to put out 5 and 10 lb bags of potatoes over on the CSA table available for anyone to buy. We also got a delivery of eggs from our grand daughter this weekend. Come on by.

We’re saying good bye to summer squash and corn and hello to winter squash. We have Delicata, Yellow Acorn, Butternut and large Princess pumpkins for pies. The raspberries continue to bear even with our cold nights. There is plenty of all our other delicious veggies available. Come on by.

We now will have juicing carrots available regularly. Look for them in the labeled blue cooler. Zucchini and cucumbers are still available though coming to the end of the season. There’s lots of good root veggies for soups and stews. The raspberries and tomatoes continue to produce well. Come on by and enjoy the abundance.

We have a fresh supply of eggs and 3 jars of fresh sauerkraut.

We continue to have plenty of corn, tomatoes, broccoli, cabbage, beautiful purple cauliflower, lettuce, arugula, fennel, celery, carrots, beets, all variety of potatoes, onions,garlic, shallots and raspberries. We’ll have lemon cucumbers and basil for about another week. Come on by.

We continue to have a very full farm stand. New this week green and red peppers. There are lots of lemon cucumbers, very tasty for pickling chips. Let us know if you want them in quantity and we can have them picked for you. Bags of juicing carrots are available for $5/bag. Last weekend for green beans. Our second variety of corn is coming on, Bodacious, a delicious yellow corn. Come on by.

That part of the farm that looks like Iowa is on. Our first corn is a sweet bicolor 3 ears for $2 and we have bushels. Tomatoes, cukes, green beans,potatoes, squash, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, beets, scallions, shallots fennel, basil, celery, eggplant, garlic, rhubarb, raspberries and sauerkraut all abound. New this week…first of the season SAUERKRAUT! Jeremy has made the first batch of sauerkraut with caraway. There are plenty of green beans, tomatoes are coming on. We are in between lettuce plantings but do have arugula. Potatoes are coming out. Yellows and purples are on the table right now. Come on by.

We’ve added scallions to the mix this week and we will begin to put out 1lb bags of cured garlic at the end of the week. Still lots of raspberries coming on. Solar Gold potatoes are available. Come on by and enjoy the bounty.
