Hi Folks,
We are open for the season. Right now we have a pretty limited offerings including eggs, our new black garlic and tomato plants. Our varieties of tomato plants include;

New Girl- an improved variety of the Early Girl tomato, a short season, medium sized round red tomato with good flavor

Stupice – a short season, northern grown tomato, deeper red color, medium round, our earliest full size tomato

Sun Gold Cherry – very sweet golden cherry tomato

With our changeable weather greens will likely be available in 2 weeks. We are repainting some of our signs so even though they are not up yet we are open. Come on by.

Spring is here or has summer already arrived

post by: Debbie Fields April 30, 2023

Hi Folks,

With this warm weather many are wondering when we are going to open the farm stand. The spring greens are growing quickly now but probably won’t be ready for another 2 weeks. However we will be opening the farm stand later this week with eggs from our granddaughter, Shelbi, tomato plants(all well suited for central Oregon) and a new item, black garlic. Black garlic is an aged garlic that turns black with a distinctive umami taste. Get ready for some delicious food from the farm. We will post on opening day!

Marcy Monte, whose beautiful and creative pottery that has been displayed at the farm stand, is having a special sale at her studio Nov 18th to the 20th. A wide variety of her pottery will be available.

Throughout November and December Marcy’s pottery will also be on display at the farm stand for those creative gifts you may need for the holidays.

I’m having knee surgery on Friday, the farm stand will be stocked. All produce is in the 2 refrigerators or coolers but we probably won’t be putting anything on the table for a few days. So come on by and rustle through the refrigerators and coolers for potatoes, cabbage, carrots, celery, garlic, onions and squash.

Happy Thanksgiving. We’re thankful for the abundance of food the farm has produced this year.
