This is the time of year of abundance! The stand has 3 kinds of potatoes, onions, garlic, carrots, beets, kale, chard, tomatoes, cucumbers, walnuts in the shell, summer squash, cabbage, broccoli and probably a few things I’ve forgotten to mention. If you want larger amounts of cabbage or beets for canning or pickling let us know.
For those of you who frequent the Downtown Farmer’s Market you may have noticed the new sauerkraut. This is a pastuerized and canned product. If you are interested in fresh sauerkraut let us know and we will arrange for on farm pick up.
Enjoy the fall abundance and think about stocking up for winter.
